The Role
We’re looking for a confident, energetic Manager to join The Rose & Crown in a joint leadership role alongside our existing Manager.
This is a hands-on position in a busy, popular venue. You’ll share responsibility for leading the team, driving performance, and delivering standout guest experiences – every single day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service
- Jointly manage all front-of-house operations
- Oversee food & drink service, stock control, deliveries, and venue standards
- Support recruitment, training, rota management, and team development
- Drive sales performance and assist in managing budgets and profitability
- Work operationally on the floor – including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Ensure health & safety and hospitality best practices are maintained
About You
- Experienced in senior or general management within hospitality
- A natural people-person with a passion for creating “wow” guest experiences
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Confident leading and motivating teams
- Committed to running a profitable, high-quality operation in a fun but professional environment

We’re looking for a strong Sous-level chef to join the Chattaway Group.

What we’re looking for:
- Sous Chef or senior chef at that level
- Confident leader, calm under pressure
- Strong standards and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and professional
- Experience across multiple kitchens a bonus
