Special Requirements
Please inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or dietary restrictions within your party, and we will be happy to accommodate them.
Large Party Bookings
We can accommodate larger bookings than advertised on our system. To request a booking for a larger party, please input the number of guests and then click ‘Submit a Request’.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but the booking is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive confirmation from the venue.
Our maximum capacity for a booking is 12 people.
Reservation Security
All reservations require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely processed through our third-party provider, Stripe, and will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes, but it may be released if we have not been contacted.
Cancellations & Reductions
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reductions in party size. Bookings that fail to provide this notice will incur a charge of £10 per person.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
No money will be taken from your card unless there is a no-show, late cancellation, or reduction in party size. In these cases, a charge of £10 per person will apply, processed securely via Stripe.
Unpaid Bills
Failure to settle your bill on the day will result in your card being automatically charged.
Include All Guests
Please ensure that you include all members of your party when booking, including children who won’t be eating. This helps us ensure there is enough space for highchairs, car seats, or prams.
Table Requests
While we will do our best to accommodate specific table requests, please note that these cannot always be guaranteed.
Meal Requirement
We do not accept bookings solely for drinks & nibbles. Each person in your party must order a main meal or equivalent. If you’re looking for drinks & nibbles only, you are welcome to try for a walk-in table, though availability cannot be guaranteed.
Bringing Your Own Cake
We’re happy for you to bring your own cake for a celebration. A £2 per person “cake-age” fee applies for anyone eating cake instead of a dessert. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare plates, cutlery, and napkins for you.
Sunday Roasts
Sunday roasts are served on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, especially later in the day, please call ahead to reserve your Sunday roast.
